Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened coffee bags within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will notify you of your refund status
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
